Choto
is my name, I’m from Behari Community. I am 11 yrs old I never
go to school before and this is my first schooling in life.
Now I can write ABC & 123 as well and can sing rhymes and
able to play games with my friends. Before join this school
I was just a waste collector in and around railway station but
because of SSA I am coming to school every day otherwise I could
have become a robber and a bad person. Today I personally thank
my teachers and specially to the (SSA) alternative Schooling
in my colony. |

name is
Bijoy Limbu
from Nepali Community. I am 10 yrs old.
I live with my parents, my father is an Auto driver but due
to financial problems I never went to school. During day time
when all my friends go to school I use to be alone therefore
I go for fishing in Dhansari river near my house and play stones
and marbles the whole day .I never imagine that I can get such
an opportunity to go to school, today I am a good student of
Alternative schooling (SSA) in my area. I thank to my teachers
from whom I learned lots of lesson in my class as well as from
other co-curricular activities.

am Dedan I am
10 yrs old. When I was eight I was a maid servant and earned
Rs.600 pm.(1yr).Unfortunately I got sick severely and I had
a mental problem. I never went to school but when the SSA school
started in my area I got enrolled and now my mental problem
got improved through school activities. I love to play foot
ball with my friends, I love singing Choruses and rhymes not
only that now I can take care of my body, washing my clothes
,cleaning my household. I thank SSA for implementing the project
just near my house. |

name is Gori Saikia
my father is a drunker and my mum works at a private house .
I am 7 years old, The SSA school is just near my house so I
love to go to school always which I never get an opportunity
to study in other school as such. But unfortunately I was born
in such a way that I can not speak fluently due to my cleft
lips but I am not discourage. Today my parents cannot afford
me to undergo operation due to financial problems but I hope
that one day or the other God will open the way for my operation.
I am interested in writing ABC, drawing, playing games with
my friends. I never miss my school, I love my teachers, my classmate
and my SSA School. |
